Our Order and Shipping Process
Q: How long will it take to get my product?
A: From the time we have your order to the time the product leaves our studio for shipping, it takes 2-4 days. Then you need to add shipping time to that.
Q: What kind of shipping do you offer?
A: We offer standard shipping, which takes 3-7 days. Or you can choose rush shipping, which takes 1-3 days. We will provide a tracking number on all shipments. We ship from Andover, Massachusetts.
Q: Who do you ship with?
A: We ship with the United States Postal Servie
Q: Can I change the shipping address after an order has been placed?
A: As long as you get to us before your product ships, we can surely change the shipping address. Just try to let us know, no longer than 3 days after an order is placed.
Q: How is my product shipped?
A: Your product is carefully packed into a cardboard box or tube.
Q: What if I need rush shipping:
A: When placing your order, you can select standard or rush shipping.

Q: What if I want a refund a print?
A: We want a happy customer. That is our number one goal. Before you return your item for a refund, I’d love to talk to you about the reason why. Talking to unsatisfied customers is something I want to do so that I can improve my service to you. So, if you are unhappy, please contact me and let us know.
Q: What if I get my item and it’s damaged?
A: If your item is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of it and the packaging and email the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will send out a new one right away.
Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Like most other e-commerce businesses, we charge your credit card at the time you order your item. It’s also helpful to us as a business, as all orders are custom and on demand, and pre-payment is typical with custom ordering.
Q: How do I get billed if I order the old fashioned way (phone call or email)?
A: I will send you an invoice via email that is payable by credit card or by e-check. This is done through a secure system run by Intuit Quickbooks Merchant Processing Service.
